Billing & cancellation
How the $1 first month works, plan changes, and how to cancel.
The $1 first month
On signup, Stripe charges $1 today and applies a one-time intro coupon worth the rest of the first month's price (~$98 for Solo, $198 for Pro, $498 for Agency). On day 31, your card is charged the full plan price and your subscription auto-renews monthly thereafter.
Cancel before day 31 to pay nothing more — but the $1 itself is non-refundable.
Renewal & price
- Solo — $99/mo
- Pro — $199/mo
- Agency — $499/mo
Annual subscriptions are available at a 16% discount (2 months free) — switch in the Stripe customer portal.
Changing plans
Click Manage subscription on /app/billing → opens Stripe customer portal → click Update plan. Stripe handles proration automatically: you're charged or credited the difference based on time remaining in the current period.
Cancelling
Same flow. Stripe customer portal → Cancel plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then. We retain your prospect data for 30 days after cancellation in case you reactivate, then permanently delete from production databases.
Refunds
Full policy at /refund. Short version:
- $1 first month: non-refundable.
- Monthly: cancel anytime, no pro-rated refund for partial month.
- Annual: 14-day refund window after renewal if not materially used.
