Your prospect data lives in our Neon Postgres (US-East). It's scoped per-tenant — no other customer can see your leads. We don't sell or share data with third parties. Cancellation deletes your prospect data after 30 days. See our privacy policy for the full list of subprocessors.
Monthly: cancel before day 31 and you only paid $1. After day 31, monthly subscriptions aren't auto-refunded but cancel anytime to stop renewals. Yearly: 14-day money-back if it isn't a fit — email billing@prospektr.co with your tenant name. After 14 days, we don't issue partial yearly refunds but you can cancel renewal.
