Refund Policy

The short version

  • $1 first-month: non-refundable. (It's a dollar.)
  • Cancel anytime — your subscription ends at the end of the current billing period, no further charges.
  • We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months/years.
  • Annual subscriptions: refundable within 14 days of renewal if you haven't used the Service materially during that window.

How the $1 first month works

Stripe charges $1 today, applies a one-time intro coupon for the rest of the first month, then bills the full plan price ($99 / $199 / $499) on day 31. Cancel before day 31 and you pay nothing more — but the $1 is not refundable.

Monthly subscriptions

Cancel anytime through your billing portal. Access continues until the end of your current monthly period. We do not pro-rate refunds for unused days within a month.

Annual subscriptions

Annual plans are billed upfront at a 16% discount (2 months free). Within 14 days of an annual renewal, you may request a full refund if you have not exported leads, modified your wizard config, or otherwise materially used the Service since renewal.

Outside the 14-day window, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but cancellation prevents auto-renewal.

Service issues

If the Service fails to perform as advertised due to a defect on our end (extended outage, complete classifier failure, etc.), reach out to support@prospektr.co — we handle these case-by-case and have credited or refunded customers when appropriate.

How to request a refund

Email billing@prospektr.co with your account email and the reason. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe within 5–10 business days.
