Setup wizard

What each step controls, and how it shapes your daily discovery run.

The wizard captures everything Prospektr™ needs to discover and classify prospects on your behalf, daily, indefinitely. You can re-run it any time from /app/settings — changes apply on the next run.

Business type

Tells the classifier what kind of decorator you are. Currently screen printing is supported; embroidery, DTF/DTG, sublimation, sign/vinyl, and promotional products are on the roadmap. The classifier's prompt and the search queries it uses both depend on this.

Target customers

Multi-select. Pick all the segments you want to find:

  • Promo distributors — PPAI/ASI distributors who sell branded merch and outsource decoration.
  • Apparel decorators that outsource — shops without their own screen-print press.
  • Uniform suppliers — work / school / healthcare uniforms with bulk volume.
  • Print brokers — sales-only operators sourcing production from contract shops.
  • Embroidery shops needing screen print — embroiderers whose customers ask for screen-printed apparel too.
  • DTF / DTG shops — digital print shops needing screen for large runs.

These map to specific search queries Google Places runs on your behalf. More segments = more search variants = more discovery surface.

Geography

  • Radius — within X miles of a base ZIP. Best for shops who serve customers locally.
  • Specific states — pick one or more US states. Best for regional shippers.
  • National — entire US. Lots of supply, more API spend.

Larger geographic scope = more prospects discovered, but also more classifier API calls and a higher chance of hitting your monthly quota early in the cycle.

Quality bar

The classifier scores every prospect's deal-size potential as LOW / MEDIUM / HIGH / unknown. The quality bar decides which of those are persisted to your dashboard:

  • Cast a wide net — accept LOW, MEDIUM, HIGH.
  • Balanced (recommended) — MEDIUM and HIGH only.
  • Best leads only — HIGH only. Lowest volume, highest quality.

Unknowns are always excluded from the dashboard regardless of bar — the classifier couldn't reliably assess them.

Reachability

Email-reachable only (default) excludes any prospect without a surfaced email address. Recommended unless you do significant cold calling.

Output methods

Where new qualifying leads go:

  • Dashboard — always on. Browse + export from /app.
  • Weekly digest email — Friday morning summary.
  • Smartlead (Pro+) — auto-push to a Smartlead campaign.
  • Reply.io (Pro+) — auto-push to a Reply.io campaign.
  • Kontraktr — auto-import as customer records in our sister product.
  • Webhook (Agency) — POST signed JSON to your URL.

See the integrations docs for setup.

Plan

Three tiers — see pricing for the full comparison. Plan also gates which output methods are available (Smartlead/Reply require Pro+; webhook requires Agency).
